The Sierra Crest Invitational is a strict, merit-based talent identification and recruitment program. By applying and participating, candidates agree to be bound by the comprehensive Official Rules PDF. Below is an overview of the core directives.
Limited to exactly 100 participants. Candidates must be 18+ years of age, legal residents of the United States, and hold an active Series 65 or Series 66 license (or equivalent). A clean regulatory background (verifiable via U4) and proven alignment with fiduciary principles are strictly required. There are no exceptions to these criteria.
The Application Period runs until June 30, 2026. The 6-Week Invitational officially commences on July 1, 2026, featuring orientation, blueprint formulation, simulated stress-testing, and a tactical live-adjustment phase, culminating in a virtual executive defense in Week 6. Target placement announcements occur by mid-August 2026.
This is a talent evaluation protocol, not a live financial offering. All case studies, portfolio constructions, and market stress tests take place in a strictly hypothetical/simulated environment. No live trading takes place. No real client capital is at risk. (See CFTC 4.41 / NFA 2-29 Disclosures below).
All institutional planning frameworks, proprietary risk methodologies, and case study data provided by Sierra Crest Advisors remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm. Participants must execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving materials and may not utilize Firm IP outside of this evaluation context.
Top performers earn consideration for senior leadership roles. However, there is no guarantee of employment, specific title, or compensation. Any placement is subject to standard hiring pipelines, mutual agreement, and background checks. Any monetary bonuses awarded are subject to federal and state taxes; winners must submit a W-9.
The competition and its rules are governed by applicable US law. As detailed in the Official Rules PDF, any disputes arising from participation in the Invitational will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration. Participants explicitly waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits related to this program.
The rigidity of our rules is a direct reflection of our commitment to deep fiduciary alignment. Sierra Crest Advisors operates at an institutional level of wealth stewardship, serving clients who demand clarity, stability, and uncompromised ethical standards.
This invitational is designed to identify individuals who naturally operate within these strict parameters. We are not searching for aggressive risk-takers; we are evaluating disciplined architects capable of protecting and scaling wealth across complex, shifting regimes.
