Sierra Crest Advisors is an SEC-registered investment adviser committed to elevating wealth stewardship. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forefront Solutions Inc., we are seeking elite, fiduciary-minded analytical talent capable of constructing resilient portfolios for complex markets.

The Selection Process

We are maintaining a strict cap of exactly 100 highly qualified financial advisors. Due to the high volume of expected interest and the senior leadership nature of the roles at stake, early applications are prioritized. Our evaluation process is designed to filter for candidates who meet our rigorous baseline requirements.

Initial Application Questionnaire

Complete the embedded intake form. We require professional details, active licensing verification (Series 65/66), experience metrics, and a concise overview of your macroeconomic approach and fiduciary alignment.

Executive Interview (If Profile Aligns)

If your background matches our stringent requirements, the Sierra Crest team will schedule a brief (15-20 minute) executive video interview to ensure mutual cultural and strategic alignment.

Official Invitation & Onboarding

Following a successful interview, you will receive your formal invitation. You will execute strict NDAs and complete a technical onboarding session before the program officially commences on July 1, 2026.

A Reminder on Our Objective

This Invitational is purely a recruitment and talent evaluation protocol to identify future senior IARs and leadership for Sierra Crest Advisors. It is conducted entirely in a hypothetical and simulated environment. No live trading occurs, no real client capital is at risk, and the scenarios presented do not constitute investment advice or recommendations.

Explicit Acknowledgment of Terms By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Official Rules, including the disclosure that Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forefront Solutions Inc., that the program is conducted solely for Sierra Crest IAR talent acquisition, and that I consent to background verification and data processing as described. I understand that this is a voluntary evaluation program with no compensation provided for participation except as expressly outlined for winners in the Official Rules.

Parent Company Disclosure & Affiliation Compliance

Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forefront Solutions Inc. In accordance with IAA requirements and SEC guidance on Form ADV disclosures, the following will be implemented: (1) Full disclosure of the parent company in Form ADV Part 1 Item 10 (Control Persons), Item 11 (Disclosure Information), and Schedule D as applicable; (2) Prominent disclosure in Form ADV Part 2A (brochure) and Part 2B (brochure supplement) of the ownership structure and any potential conflicts arising from the affiliation; (3) Clear statements in the Official Rules, website, microsite, and all participant communications that the Invitational program and any resulting IAR roles or advisory services are provided exclusively by Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC; (4) No client assets will be commingled with Forefront or other subsidiaries, and no cross-selling of non-RIA products (e.g., algorithmic strategies) will occur through the Sierra Crest advisory channel or this program; (5) Any shared personnel, services, or resources between Sierra Crest and Forefront will be disclosed and subject to appropriate conflict management policies in the Compliance Manual. These measures satisfy IAA §206 anti-fraud obligations and prevent any misleading impression that participation in the program relates to or benefits from non-advisory products or platforms.

Program Status & General Legal Disclosures

This Invitational Competition is strictly a recruitment, talent evaluation, and merit-based identification program for potential future Investment Adviser Representatives (IARs) and leadership partners of Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC. It is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or public-facing financial offering. Top performers receive consideration for senior leadership roles, which remains strictly subject to standard hiring processes, background checks, licensing verification/transfer, and mutual agreement. There is no guarantee of employment, specific title, or compensation. All data, proprietary frameworks, institutional tools, and structural methodologies shared during the course of the Sierra Crest Invitational remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC and its parent company. Participants will be required to execute a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving proprietary case study materials. No live trading takes place. No real client capital is at risk. No information provided constitutes personalized investment advice, nor is it a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security.
