We are extending invitations to exactly 100 licensed financial advisors (primarily Series 65/66 holders) to participate in a highly private, merit-based talent identification and evaluation program for senior leadership roles.
Prominent Regulatory & Recruitment Disclosure: Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC is an SEC-registered investment adviser and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forefront Solutions Inc. This competition is strictly a recruitment, talent evaluation, and two-way interview program for potential future senior advisors and leaders. All portfolio construction and wealth planning scenarios occur entirely within a hypothetical and simulated environment for assessment purposes only.
There is no live trading, no real client capital at risk, and no public or client-facing offering. Top performers receive consideration for senior leadership roles subject to standard hiring processes, background checks, licensing verification, and mutual agreement. There is no guarantee of employment, title, or specific compensation. Please review the full regulatory and simulated performance disclosures in the footer of this page and within the Official Rules.
Top performers will be placed into consideration for the following senior advisory and strategy leadership roles. Please note: Opportunities are subject to standard hiring processes, background checks, licensing verification/transfer, and mutual agreement. There is no guarantee of employment.
The top-performing advisor will be given primary consideration to assume the role of Managing Director, helping guide our overarching macro-economic approach, stability initiatives, and institutional portfolio methodologies.
The runner-up will be considered to lead our wealth blueprinting team, directly influencing the risk management parameters and allocation strategies we deploy across all market regimes.
Candidates proving strategic rigor and coachability bypass standard recruitment channels and are placed directly into consideration for senior IAR and leadership roles.
Gain internal access to our institutional portfolio construction tools, disciplined risk mitigation methodologies, and clarity-driven macroeconomic research during the evaluation.
Demonstrate and refine your ability to build resilient, regime-adaptive portfolios using stability-focused institutional mechanics in a low-risk, simulated environment.
At Sierra Crest Advisors, we believe the traditional wealth management model is broken. As market complexities scale, retail clients are too often forced into generic, one-size-fits-all model portfolios that fail to adapt to shifting macroeconomic regimes. We are building a firm anchored by stability, clarity, disciplined risk management, and deep fiduciary alignment.
To achieve this, we don't just need asset gatherers—we need analytical minds capable of constructing resilient, regime-adaptive portfolios for complex markets. This invitational acts as a comprehensive, two-way evaluation (candidates evaluate the firm, too) fostering relationships while assessing fit with our philosophy of institutional portfolio construction.
Here is how the competition works:Demonstrate your strategic rigor by assessing complex hypothetical profiles, navigating intricate tax considerations, and targeting clarity in long-term goals.
Your institutional portfolio allocations will be rigorously stress-tested across shifting simulated market regimes to validate your disciplined risk management thesis.
Prove your communication skills and coachability. You will sit down with our executive team to defend the rationale behind your resilient wealth blueprints.
The 6-week private competition timeline aligns seamlessly with our philosophy of strategic rigor and stability.
Application period via our secure portal. Selected candidates undergo a 15–20 minute executive video interview for mutual alignment. Following the execution of NDAs and consents, technical onboarding begins. We maintain a strict cap at 100 qualified participants; early applications are prioritized for interview scheduling.
Attend a virtual orientation session and receive your complex hypothetical client case studies (3–5 detailed fictional profiles varying by age, goals, risk tolerance, tax/liquidity needs, and generational requirements). You will gain simulated access to Sierra Crest's internal planning frameworks and a dedicated private communication channel with an executive contact.
Using Firm frameworks, develop structural allocations for each case study client alongside a concise, documented forward-looking macroeconomic thesis (max ~5 pages). You must explicitly justify how your allocation serves the specific risk parameters, tax considerations, and liquidity needs of the provided profiles.
Submitted portfolios are run through a rigorous gauntlet of historical drawdowns and forward-looking simulated economic and market shocks (e.g., rapid inflation, interest rate spikes, liquidity events, geopolitical/energy shifts aligned with Firm philosophy). No real capital is deployed at any stage.
A mid-competition "curveball" is introduced—a simulated major life event for one or more clients (sudden liquidity need, inheritance) or a macroeconomic shock. You will have a limited window to demonstrate your ability to tactically adjust the blueprint while protecting client wealth and remaining consistent with your original thesis.
The competition concludes with a virtual sit-down defense before the Sierra Crest Executive Leadership Team. Candidates present their rationale, simulated performance, thesis, adjustments, and long-term vision. The standard hiring pipeline is activated for top performers, with placements announced shortly thereafter (~August 16, 2026 target).
To maintain a talent pool rooted in stability and fiduciary excellence, candidates must meet these criteria prior to invitation. No exceptions.
By competing, you are directly evaluating your potential to partner with our leadership team. You are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you.
Disclosure: Sierra Crest Advisors, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Forefront Solutions Inc. Executives from the parent company may participate in the evaluation and recruitment process.
Participating in this competition is not a "one and done" exercise. We view this as a comprehensive, two-way interview process designed to identify the absolute best fiduciary minds capable of constructing resilient, regime-adaptive portfolios.
Throughout the duration of the competition, you will have direct access to our executive board. This is your opportunity to evaluate our firm's culture of stability while demonstrating exactly how you mitigate risk. It's about how you think, adapt, and maneuver when simulated market events test your thesis.
With an ever-increasing demand for transparent, structurally sound wealth management—and an expanding need for disciplined risk management across market regimes—there are continuous, long-term partnership opportunities available for advisors who share our vision. We need analytical minds who are ready to lead.
Review the rules and secure your place at the forefront of fiduciary distinction.
